Payments are due the first class of each month and may be paid in person or by mail to:  PO Box 16355, Chapel Hill, NC  27516. 

Semester payments include a 10% discount and must be paid at the beginning of each semester. 

Please make checks payable to Sport Art Gymnastics.

Make-ups are allowed within 30 days of any class missed. Ask Mark or Nancy for suitable make-up times.  

Prior to participation in class, long hair should be tied back and jewelry removed.
